How to Create an Account

Creating a Kitbuzz account is quick and free! Follow these steps:

  1. Click Sign Up on the top-right corner of the homepage.

  2. Fill in your name, email, and password.

  3. Confirm your email by clicking the link we send you.

  4. Log in using your new credentials and start shopping!

Tip: You can also sign up using Google or Facebook for faster access.

How to Search and Browse Products

Kitbuzz offers a wide variety of products. To find what you’re looking for:

  • Use the search bar at the top to type in keywords.

  • Explore by category from the main menu (Electronics, Fashion, Home, etc.).

  • Use filters like price, ratings, brand, or location to narrow your results.

Pro Tip: Save items you like by clicking the heart ♥ icon to add to your wishlist.

How to Place an Order

Placing an order is easy:

  1. Choose a product and select any options (e.g. size, color).

  2. Click Add to Cart.

  3. Go to your cart and click Proceed to Checkout.

  4. Enter your shipping information.

  5. Choose a payment method and complete your order.

You’ll receive a confirmation email and can track your order in your account.

How to Make a Payment

Kitbuzz supports safe and secure payments through:

  • Credit/Debit Cards

  • PayPal

  • Mobile wallets (where available)

  • Bank transfer (select regions)

To make a payment:

  • Choose your method during checkout.

  • Enter required details.

  • Click Pay Now to complete your purchase.

Note: All payments are encrypted and secure.

How to Track Your Order

To track your order:

  1. Log into your account.

  2. Go to My Orders under your profile.

  3. Find the order you want to track and click View Details.

You’ll see order status updates like:

  • Order Confirmed

  • Packed

  • Shipped

  • Out for Delivery

  • Delivered

You’ll also receive email and SMS updates as your order moves through each stage.

How to Return an Item or Request a Refund

If you’re not satisfied with a product, you can request a return:

  1. Go to My Orders and select the product.

  2. Click Request Return and choose the reason.

  3. Follow instructions to ship the product back (if required).

Once we receive and verify the item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

Reminder: Check the product’s return eligibility before placing a request. Some items may be non-returnable.
