Eligibility for Return & Exchange

You may be eligible for a return or exchange if:
  • The product is damaged, defective, or not as described.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags and labels intact.
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
    Note: Certain items such as personal care products, perishables, and digital goods are non-returnable unless defective.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Log in to your Kitbuzz account.

  2. Go to “My Orders” and select the item you wish to return or exchange.

  3. Click on “Request Return/Exchange” and follow the instructions.

  4. Our support team will review your request and notify you of the next steps.

  5. You can also email us at support@kitbuzz.com with your order number and issue details.

Exchange Process

If you’ve requested an exchange:

  1. We will ship the replacement once we receive and inspect the returned item.
  2. If the requested product is out of stock, we’ll offer a full refund or an alternative product.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or are defective:

  • Innerwear, swimwear, socks, and other hygiene-sensitive items

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Perishable goods like food or flowers

  • Digital downloads or gift cards
