Eligibility for Return & Exchange
You may be eligible for a return or exchange if:
The product is damaged, defective, or not as described.
You received the wrong item.
The product is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags and labels intact.
The return request is made within 7 days of delivery. Note: Certain items such as personal care products, perishables, and digital goods are non-returnable unless defective.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
Log in to your Kitbuzz account.
Go to “My Orders” and select the item you wish to return or exchange.
Click on “Request Return/Exchange” and follow the instructions.
Our support team will review your request and notify you of the next steps.

Exchange Process
If you’ve requested an exchange:
We will ship the replacement once we receive and inspect the returned item.
If the requested product is out of stock, we’ll offer a full refund or an alternative product.
